The Montauk Club acknowledges that we are on the traditional land of the Lenape peoples, past and present. We also acknowledge that the Club is named for the Montaukkett people of eastern Long Island. We recognize the difficulties the Lenape, Montaukkett, and other Indigenous Americans have faced, and continue to face, and we seek to develop mutual relationships respectful of this history.
