From Producer Can Rafols dels Caus who introduced Xarello to the world as more than just a grape for Cava (although we do love our Cava), we're going to take a journey through the magic of their chalky soils in Catalunya and try several wines from this producer.  

Space is limited.  $30pp.  Tapas will be included.
