Across five distinctive pours, we’ll explore how each whiskey’s flavor develops through its ingredients and aging style—from sweet Texas blue corn and mellow Kentucky wheat to peppery high-mountain rye and the smooth, charcoal-filtered character of Tennessee whiskey. We’ll end with an American single malt that hints at where the category is headed next.

Whether you already have a favorite bourbon or are just starting to branch out, this session offers a relaxed, informative way to appreciate the full range of American whiskey today.

A small cheese and snack pairing will accompany the pours.
