We invite you to join us at the chef's table for a dining experience with a local butcher and chef, Giovanni Miguel Naarendorp.  Currently, he’s a mainstay butcher at the whole animal shop Prospect Butcher Co. in Prospect Heights. Gio will be walking us through three courses that incorporate different parts of the whole pig. Dinner will also include two glasses of wine per person. $100 per person.
