We invite you to join us at the chef's table for a dining experience with a local butcher and chef, Giovanni Miguel Naarendorp. Currently, he’s a mainstay butcher at the whole animal shop Prospect Butcher Co. in Prospect Heights. Gio will be walking us through three courses that incorporate different parts of the whole pig.
