Understanding Your Monthly Billing & Statements
Official Invoices: Final billing statements are compiled and emailed to members by the 4th–5th working day of each month.
Online Portal Status: Any invoices, chits, or balances visible online prior to the official billing email are temporary and subject to change while the prior month is being closed.
Monthly Minimums & Condo assessments*: Unspent minimums and final condo assessments are calculated only during this end-of-month closing process. Always rely on your emailed statement for your final, accurate balance.
